Terms of Use

1. What this site is

Teachers.Careers, operated by EndlessMedical LLC, is a list of open teaching and school jobs in the United States that anyone, anywhere, can browse. An AI agent finds the openings on the public career pages of school districts, public, charter and private schools, colleges and public education agencies, and every listing links back to the employer's own page. You can filter the list by state, subject, distance from a town, job type (including substitute and long-term substitute work), work setting, role (including administrative, coaching, EdTech and student-support roles), pay, and how to reach the employer, and you can explore every opening on a map.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using the site you agree to these Terms of Use; every page says so in a short line at the top. There is nothing to click and no record is kept of your agreement — not by the site and not in your own browser. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The date above shows the current version.

3. No login, no account, no uploads — and nothing about you

The site has no sign-up, no sign-in, no passwords and no profiles. There is no way to upload a CV, résumé, cover letter, transcript, teaching certificate, background-check result or any other file, and the site does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or anything else about you; it sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not record your internet address. Your filter choices live only in your own browser's address bar. The site keeps no information about who you are or what you looked at — only anonymous counts, explained in the Privacy Policy.

Please do not send us personal documents or personal details by email either: we do not need them, and you apply to jobs at the employer, not here.

4. What “no login” means for security

Because the site stores no accounts, no passwords, no uploaded documents and no personal information about visitors, there is no account of yours to break into and no personal data of yours on our server to leak. That is the reason the site is built this way.

It is not a promise that the site can never be attacked, shown wrong information or taken offline — no website can promise that. Listings link to other websites run by schools and districts; those websites are theirs, not ours, and their own terms and security apply there. If you find a security problem on this site, please tell us at info@endlessmedical.com.

5. Free — for now

Right now the site is free and needs no account, sign-up or sign-in. This may change at any time, without warning: we may, for example, add features, paid features or usage limits, or change or remove any feature. If we ever add anything that needs information about you, it will be explained first and these terms and the Privacy Policy will change before it applies to you.

6. The listings belong to the employers

Each listing summarizes an opening the school, district or other employer published on its own website. The employer's page is the authority: pay and where you would be placed on its salary schedule, requirements, benefits, start date and whether a position is still open may change at any time. Always confirm every detail with the employer before you rely on it, and apply through the employer's own process.

Listings are gathered automatically and may contain errors or be out of date; a listing may disappear when the employer's page no longer shows it. Pay figures, estimated pay (marked as an estimate, worked out from other posts, never given by the employer), subject, job type, role, distance and map location (some are only approximate areas, marked as such) are worked out automatically from what the employer published and may be wrong. Teachers.Careers is not an employer, a school, a recruiter, a staffing or substitute agency, or an agent of any employer, and takes no part in any hiring decision.

7. Certification, licensing and background checks

Most teaching jobs require a state teaching certificate or license, often with an endorsement for the subject or grade level, and most school jobs require a criminal background check and fingerprinting. Requirements differ from state to state and employer to employer. A listing appearing under a subject, a job type or a filter does not mean you qualify for it. Check the requirements on the employer's page and with the education department of the state where the job is.

8. Pages for international teachers

The pages for visa-sponsored and J-1 exchange positions list openings whose employers say, on their own websites, that they consider such candidates. Teachers.Careers does not sponsor visas, arrange exchange programs, give immigration advice or act as a placement agency. Any sponsorship is between you and the employer; confirm it with the employer and with official U.S. government sources.

9. Contacting employers

"Visit posting" opens the employer's own page. "Email employer" opens your own email program, and "Call" your own phone, with the hiring address or number the employer published on its own website (the page is shown next to it). Whatever you send or say goes directly from you to the employer; the site does not send, see or keep it.

10. Schools and districts, and openings sent to us

Your openings appear here because you published them on your own website — there is nothing you have to post and nothing to pay. To have a listing corrected or removed, email info@endlessmedical.com with the link to the listing.

A school, district or other education employer may also send openings to info@endlessmedical.com to have them listed (see For schools). By sending an opening, the employer confirms that it is authorized to publish it, that it is accurate and lawful, and that the site may show, summarize and link to it. We may edit, decline or remove any opening at any time, and sending one creates no obligation for either side.

11. Who the site is for

The site is meant for adults looking for work, aged 18 or older. It collects no information from anyone — children included.

12. Fair use

Use the site for your own job search. Do not attempt to disrupt it, overload it, copy its listings in bulk by automated means, probe it for weaknesses without telling us, or get around its security.

13. No warranty; limitation of liability

THE SITE AND ITS LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENDLESSMEDICAL LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON A LISTING. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

14. Changes to the site and these terms

We may change, suspend or end the site, any feature of it, or these terms at any time and without notice. The date above shows the latest version.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which EndlessMedical LLC maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
